How It Works
The operator places the pallet onto the turntable using a forklift or pallet truck.
The automatic top pressure plate descends and securely holds the load. Once the wrapping cycle starts, the turntable rotates while the powered film carriage moves vertically to apply stretch film evenly around the pallet.
The intelligent control system automatically performs bottom wraps, body wrapping, reinforcement wraps, and top wraps according to the selected program.
After the wrapping cycle is completed, the machine automatically clamps and cuts the film. The top pressure plate retracts, and the wrapped pallet is ready for immediate transportation.
The entire process is fully automated, requiring minimal operator involvement while maintaining consistent packaging quality.
