How It Works

Step 4 – Rope Grip Reinforcement
The Automatic Rope Grip System forms a strong stretch film rope around the pallet base, improving load stability during transportation.
Step 5 – Automatic Film Cutting
After wrapping is complete, the machine automatically cuts and clamps the film, preparing for the next pallet without operator intervention.
Step 6 – Finished Pallet
The operator removes the fully wrapped pallet, and the machine automatically resets to its home position for the next cycle.
